We are looking for an energetic, lively and eager HR Coordinator to join our team.
Basically the Job includes:
Maintaining Translator Database,
Contacting and helping translators with online translation system,
Training new translators,
Finding translators for translation jobs,
Executing sourcing strategies to help attract candidates to Ceviri Dukkani
Direct sourcing using a range of channels including professional networking sites such as LinkedIn
Conducting first line screening interviews to help in the short-listing process
Following up on referrals from employees
Managing and maintaining communication with candidates to keep them updated through the hiring process
Education and Experience
Degree qualified with a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a corporate recruiting role or with a leading agency.
Candidate must be:
Highly proficient in all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting.
Proficient or native speaking in both English and Turkish
Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regards to confidential information.
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience in the translation industry.
Above all, you must be highly motivated, professional and have a customer focused and mature approach.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm working in the office
+ Saturday Mornings working from home
Location is our Bostanci Office
